CUSTOM VALANCE OPTIONS
Standard RollThe regular roll option lets fabric roll off the back of the shade, hanging close to the window.
This is our most popular option as it provide a nice separation between the valance and the shade fabric. |
Reverse RollThe reverse roll option allows the fabric to roll off the front of the shade, hiding the fabric roll. this option works well when trying to clear an obstruction, such as window cranks, and also provides a nice waterfall effect, should you decide not to use a valance.

ROOM DARKENING WITH SIDE CHANNELS
The Colorado's Design Window Treatments's roller blackout in this picture have aluminum side channels, a sill channel and a sealed hem bar (or flat bottom bar). This is basically a frame around the shade that prevents light leakage around the edges. This is a great option when you want to have the optimal light blockage for room-darkening applications. In addition, this gives a clean, polished look to your windows. The channels can be used for roller shades, honeycomb shades and skylight applications. The channels can also be used with a variety of operational systems; such as, cord, motorized and cordless.
